Build it up over a period of 6-8 weeks.The Thinking Runnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17462991646187921506noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12403591.post-1128498283349151212005-10-05T00:44:00.000-07:002005-10-05T00:44:00.000-07:00@naikutti - Thanks dude@Thinking runner - That's s...@naikutti - Thanks dude

@Thinking runner - That's some great advice - Will try to follow that up - Thanks.Arbithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04310587001706149255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12403591.post-1128490727936869962005-10-04T22:38:00.000-07:002005-10-04T22:38:00.000-07:00Nice going. Go out there and run one hour each day at 7:00-7:30 pace and one tempo a week at 6:40ish pace - you'll be running low 18s for 5K in about 4-5 months. Work on lower leg / trunk strength as well to reduce the risk of injury. Save the speed workouts for later. All my running over the past 5 months has been aerobic - no speedwork - and my times are getting better and better. The Thinking Runnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17462991646187921506noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12403591.post-1128481640447800762005-10-04T20:07:00.000-07:002005-10-04T20:07:00.000-07:00congrats on achieving ur PB... great goingcongrats on achieving ur PB... great goingNaiKuttihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00115359976975903201noreply@blogger.com
